Q: What is Mile High Networks and why should I switch?
A: Mile High Networks is the smart alternative to big tech internet service. Our primary focus is to ensure you have an excellent experience end to end. We strongly believe in principal over profit and we see your long term satisfaction as our utmost priority; just like the old days. We also strongly believe in protecting our subscriber’s privacy and personal liberties. We will never collect, monitor or track your web activities for profit.
Q: What is airFIBER and why is it better?
A: airFIBER is our version of fiber optics, but delivered to your home or business wirelessly. Wireline products are prone to accidental cuts from road crews, other utilities, weather, car accidents and DIY homeowners. airFIBER just needs a clear line of sight to one of our many towers for great service. With no wires to be cut, we offer a whole different level of reliability and security. We offer the same speeds as typical fiber optic service wirelessly!
Q: The cable or phone company is offering me a bundle to save money. Why don’t you offer that?
A: Mile High Networks is an internet company and only an internet company. We focus on one thing and one thing only, your internet. Other companies offer internet as a secondary service to their primary services; meaning your internet service will never be their first priority. We could be just “ok” with many services, OR the best in internet.
Q: I have heard fiber optic is the “gold standard” for internet but it just doesn’t seem true with the evolution of wireless technology.
A: Like many things in the world, this is purely opinionated speculation. In our opinion, wireless is clearly future based off real world observations such as the evolution of mobile phones, satellites, GPS, etc. Regardless, wireless internet service is by far more cost effective, less disruptive and takes much less time to install with the same results.
Q: Are there any junk fees added to my bill passed on as regulatory fees in disguise?
A: Absolutely not, what you see is what you pay. At Mile High Networks we are upfront with our costs and offer transparent pricing on everything we sell. No marketing tricks or introductory pricing.
